There are a lot additional charges in a moving process and we can’t advertise everything in a single advertisement. No matter wherever you are seeing our advertisement, the charges your are seeing in an advertisement is only the base price of any service. That’s the reason you can’t book our service without getting quotation from us. 

There are few additional services that we might charge you extra. So be sure to mention them to us when you are requesting for quotation. Heavy loads like piano or cash boxes will need us to use hydraulic jack. We will bring hydraulic jack upon request by our customer. Stretch film wrapping, bubble wrapping, boxes packing and disassembling & assembling of furniture are the most common add-on services. “Living in a high-rise building without lift and our movers need to take the stairs?” or “Loading bay is very far from the lorry parking?”. These are another things that you should mention, because there are additonal charges for that.

Strictly “NO”. It’s not that we don’t want to give you a ride. It is illegal to do that. Most people don’t know this. There is a limit on how many person can ride in a lorry. We know that  you are worried about your things, so you can take your own ride and follow us on our back.

Yes you can but we don’t recommend that. We will move everything by only using our lorry. There are some pet movers who can give your pet better care during transit. Some customers have moved their pets with us and nothing wrong happened. But it is not the optimum way of moving a pet.

We are providing disposal service for our customers to get rid of their old and broken furnitures. Some furnitures which are in good condition will be donated and the rest will be disposed in a place arranged my MPSJ.

We have 1 ton lorry with/without manpower and this lorry is suitable for those staying in studio houses or rooms. 3 ton lorry with/without manpower also known as medium size lorry is ideal for those staying in a three bedroom condo or single storey house. Our biggest lorry is 5 ton lorry with/without manpower which is suitable for those staying in a double storey houses or heaving heavy loads. We have recently added a 7 ton lorry in our list as well.

All our lorries are provided with/without manpower. 1 ton lorry will have 2 manpower including driver. 3 ton & 5 ton lorries have 3 manpower including driver. The number of workers that we are providing are sufficient for the job and if in case we need to use more workers for a specific job, it’s our responsibility to add more workers to get the job done and we don’t charge our customers more for that job. 

We have few types of packing materials to use in a moving process such as PE Foam, Bubble wrap rolls, Stretch film rolls, Boxes, and Opp Tapes. We are also selling all these packing materials in our online shop, facebook and also Shopee. You can buy those items in case if you want to do the packing yourself.

The duration of the move is the only thing that we can’t estimate even by having 10 years of experience in this field. There are hundreds of factors that will affect the duration of a move. Some specific management rules, loading bay distance, high-rise without lift, messy house without any preparation done by the customer, heavy rain and traffic jam are few factors that will be the main reason for a moving process to take too long. Otherwise, a moving process will take about only 2-3 hours to finish.

Our company SOP is to collect the payment from the customer once our team have reached the drop-off location. We are providing few payment methods. You can pay cash to our driver, pay using TouchnGo or bank  transfer to our company account no.
